When using insurance for physical therapy
HOW DO I CONFIRM MY INSURANCE COVERAGE?
We recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card. Specifically ask about your 'outpatient physical therapy' benefits, including any deductible, co-insurance, or co-pay requirements.
WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT-OF-NETWORK WITH MY PLAN?
If we are not in-network with your specific provider, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits. We can provide a comprehensive superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
Co-pays and session fees are due at the time of service when using insurance for physical therapy, as well as self pay. We accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA accounts for your convenience.
